Refund policy
All sales are final however we will determine if a refund can be processed on a case by case basis. It is our sincere hope that you are happy with your purchase but if there are any issues such as damages with your order please email hello@ritualstems.com with photos of the issue within 5 days upon receiving. You will receive a response as soon as possible with a resolve for any orders in question.
We put our best foot forth with packaging all orders to keep them intact. However, due to the fragility of our product, some shedding is possible to occur in transit. If you receive a damaged item due to mishandling from the shipping carrier, we are happy to replace the item. Please reach out as soon as possible.
Ritual Stems is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier if you experience this.
